There will be no per bag fee. We’re paying a straight 75% of the selling price to members, and 70% to non-members. $1 will be deducted from the seller’s split for each bag that sells for $1 or goes unsold.

More details:
- Registration 10:00 AM to Noon, Auction begins at 11:00.
- Cichlids, catfish, quality dry goods and plants only. Everything else may become a donation.
- 1” minimum on fish, 5-bag maximum of each species/morph, 60 item limit per family.
- Label items with 3-letter seller code and 2-digit number, eg ABC-01. Include genus, species, location/morph, and common name, as appropriate. Include number of fish, by sex if known. “Breeders” must have successfully spawned. Place all info close together on the bag. Somewhere else on the bag, include name and phone number.
- No need to pre-register, but buyers and sellers both need to register upon arrival.
- All sellers will fill out a Seller’s Sheet before registering. (This can be done in advance.) https://www.ohiocichlid.com/user/files/seller-sheet.pdf Then, when you register, you’ll get colored dots that must be affixed to each item before checking them in.
- All buyers will register, get a number, and run a tab. Cash, checks (with ID) and credit cards accepted when you’re ready to leave.

Proceeds from all donated items, raffles, etc., go to the Jim Smith Fund.
